Privacy Policy
SeeToSee provides creative tools and member experiences that may be accessed from supported AI clients, including ChatGPT and Codex.
Information we process
We process information reasonably necessary to provide the requested SeeToSee function. Depending on the feature, this may include tool request parameters, the SeeToSee asset being requested, account authentication status, entitlement or access status, and limited technical request metadata used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging.
Authentication and account access
When an authenticated feature is used, SeeToSee may process account identity and entitlement information needed to determine whether the connected account already has access. Authentication credentials, service secrets, and private tokens are not intended to be returned in AI tool responses.
Payments
The public SeeToSee AI plugin does not initiate digital-product or subscription checkout inside the plugin. Payment processing that occurs separately on SeeToSee websites is handled by the applicable payment provider. SeeToSee does not intentionally receive complete payment-card numbers through the plugin.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, maintain account access, secure the service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention
We retain account and entitlement records for as long as needed to provide the account and meet legitimate legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability and security, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers that host or support SeeToSee infrastructure. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, SeeToSee, or the security of the service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Account access can be disconnected through supported product controls.
