Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of SeeToSee services and SeeToSee capabilities made available through supported AI clients.
Use of the service
You may use SeeToSee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another user's data, interfere with the service, or extract authentication credentials or service secrets.
Accounts and access
Some features require an existing SeeToSee account or entitlement. Access decisions are made by SeeToSee server-side systems. A browser redirect, link, or client-side state does not by itself prove entitlement.
AI-assisted features
Supported AI clients may call SeeToSee tools on your behalf. Review important outputs before relying on them. Availability of particular capabilities can vary by account, entitlement, client, region, or service status.
Intellectual property
SeeToSee software, branding, and original service content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the requested service.
Service changes
Features may be updated, added, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects an ongoing paid service where applicable.
Availability and third-party services
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. SeeToSee is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party networks, platforms, or services outside its reasonable control.
